Cocktail «Kir Royal»
Pour 1 tea spoon crimson liquor and 1 tea spoon cherry in a thin glass. Hold a glass at an angle, twist it until walls inside become covered by liquor. Pour a thin stream of champagne (100 ml), do not stir.

Cocktail “Mimosa”
Pour 15 ml orange liquor Curacao and 45 ml fresh orange juice in a glass. Add 125 ml champagne. Decorate glasses with a ribbon made of dried orange peel. To make other cocktail, you can use identical quantity of orange juice and champagne.
Cocktail “Charlie”
Pour 45 ml apricot brandy and 130 ml cooled champagne in a glass.
Cocktail «Green Bubbles”
Combine 30 ml liquor Puare William and 30 ml melon liquor Midori in a glass. Add 150 ml champagne.
Cocktail «Blue Bird»
Pour 45 ml liquor Blue Curacao in a glass, add 140 ml cooled champagne.
Cocktail «Peach Bellini»
Pour 200 ml peach juice in 8 glasses. Fill in 750 ml champagne. Decorate with peach segments.
Cocktail «French 75»
Stir up 50 ml jin, juice of 1 lemon and sugar with ice in a shaker, pour in a glass for champagne and fill in with ice champagne.

Cocktail “Lemon”
Put a piece of sugar in a thin-leg glass, fill in 20 ml lemon juice, add 100 ml cold champagne and decorate with a lemon slice.
Cocktail “Andalusia”
Pour 25 ml sweet sherry in a glass, add champagne and a red cherry.
Cocktail «Gold Velvet»
Add 25 ml pineapple juice in a 1/2 glass light beer, add champagne cautiously.
Cocktail «Strawberry Dusk»
Pour strawberry syrup on a bottom of a glass, fill in with a sparkling wine. Put 1 strawberry in each glass — it will absorb wine’s aroma and become a pleasant delicacy when the cocktail ends.

Cocktail «Caribbean Champagne»
Put 4-6 broken ice cubes in a shaker. Add 1 1/2 parts white rum, 1 table spoon lime juice and 1/2 tea spoon sugar syrup. Stir up until you get foam. Pour in a glass for champagne and fill in with cooled champagne.
