Scientists from Oxford conducted a small study, which was able to identify a new effective and safe weight loss method. It turns out that cereal flakes can return slenderness.
Dietitians recruited a group of volunteers suffering from excess weight. Within 6 weeks, participants had to replace breakfast and lunch with cereal flakes. And for dinner they were allowed to have a usual diet.
Experiment showed that all of the participants lost 0,5 - 2,5 kg. However, those who eat flakes of different cereals within a day, lost more than anyone else.
Scientists explained that a diet based on cereals is very balanced (provides body with all necessary trace elements), and quite effective. It allows you to lose weight and save health.
