• fruits, vegetables and other dietary «life-lines» are better for keeping in a prominent place: when we would like «to chew something», we suffice the first that comes across;

• Go to a supermarket after a good meal. Then you will avoid the temptation to buy everything to fill in a refrigerator to the full;

• put on tight dresses or trousers more often – then a dense dinner will not be located in you physically;
