A beautiful breast shape is most women’s dream. You know, charming bared female breast makes stronger sex trembling, raises erotic imaginations (and not only …). However, men will never guess, how many excitements and efforts it delivers to women. Some think it is too small, others - languid, someone would like to reduce its sizes.
Sometimes men also add fuel to the fire, being lost in contemplation of a sexy movie star, and even neigbour at your presence.

You need to do them every day. There’s a lot of exercises, therefore it is possible to choose what will be more pleasant to you.
1. Pressing palms. Stand straight. Feet on width of shoulders. Combine palms in front of you, fingers upwards, elbows at breast level. 2 times on “one, two” compress the bottom parts of palms strongly, on “three” turn fingers to you, on “four” straighten palms, on “five” lower hands downwards, on “six” combine hands in front of you. Repeat exercise 5-8 times.
2. Finger coupling. Stand straight. Feet on width of shoulders. Lift arms bent in elbows on a face level. Link fingers strong. Then try to dissolve hands apart in a sharp movement. Repeat exercise 10-12 times.
3. Serial hand lifting. Stand straight, join feet together. On “one” raise right, straightened hand upwards (muscles are weakened) and turn it up behind the head, on “two” try to turn it up further, on “three” lower hand forward-downwards. Repeat same movement with the left hand. Repeat exercise 4-6 times for each hand.
3. Hand lifting. Stand straight. On “one” lift straightened hands forward softly, on “two” dissolve them apart, on “three” turn palms upwards, on “four” lift hands over a head and slap hands together, on “five” lower hands downwards, on “six” return to a starting position.
4. Circles. Stand straight. Feet on width of shoulders, feet are parallel. Put the left hand on a hip, make a big circle wit the right one (muscles are weakened), starting moving forward. Do this exercise in fast rate. Make three circles on “one, two, three”. Following three circles - on “four, five, six”, start with movement back, i.e. in the opposite direction. Then put the right hand on a hip, and make circles with the left one. Repeat exercise 3-5 times for each hand.
5. Arching. Lying on a stomach on a floor. Bend arms in elbows and put behind the head. On “one”, “two” lift a head slowly taking elbows back, and then lift also breast above the floor as far, as it is possible. On “three”, “four” - fall downwards, relaxing completely, lower head, turn face aside. Repeat exercise 5-6 times.
6. Fast inclination - slow straightening. Kneel, rest hands against the floor, so that hands and feet would make a right angle with a trunk, a head at trunk level, not lifted and not lowered. Straighten toes, hands on width of shoulders. Now bend hands in elbows quickly (elbows outside) on “one”, on “two, three, four” straighten hands slowly. Repeat exercise 10 times.
7. Slow inclination - fast straightening. Stand in front of the table or stool, clasp hands lateral edges of a seat, then take away firstly right, and then left foot back, leaning against hands. Whole body makes a straight line, shovels together. In this position on “one, two, three” bend hands in elbows slowly (elbows outside) and on “four” straighten hands quickly. Repeat exercise 5-6 times. Then rise, relax. After you rest a little, repeat exercise again (5-6 times).
8. Pushing away from a wall. Stand faced to a wall on a distance of outstretched arms. Rest hands against a wall, then, bending hands in elbows on “one, two, three” come nearer to a wall slowly. On “four” return to a starting position quickly. Repeat exercise 10-15 times.
9. Breast stroke hand movements. Stand straight, feet together, lift hands upwards and little forward. On “one” turn out palms outside and, straining, lower hands little forward and downwards, bend elbows slightly, but do not lower them - palms should not fall below a line of shoulders. On “two” - bend hands in elbows strongly, press them to a trunk, press also palms to yourself approximately at neck height. On “three” lift palms forward-upwards. On “one, two” slow, on “three” - fast, but the whole exercise should be done smoothly, with a short pause after three. Repeat exercise 10-20 times.
Here some the general rules:
If your breast reached the smallest size of a bra, you need to wear it necessarily. It protects breast skin from future stretch marks, and breast - from casual mechanical damages.
After daily shower or bath rinse breast with cool water. It will allow keeping breast skin elastic for a long. It is quite good to wipe breast skin (together with facial skin, neck) with herbal decoction, frozen in a deep-freezer. You can also use, about once a week, both nutritious creams, and masks.
Watch the bearing. While walking, keep head up, and back straight. In such position breast droops less, and looks better.
The best exercise for breast - is swimming. Cool water is an excellent cosmetic remedy, and in combination with swimming, it is simply a fantastic gift to transformate Cinderella into a harmonous and flexible sexual woman. Swimming has double effect: hand movements strengthen pectoral muscles, and cold water tempers organism and makes skin more elastic. Therefore, let’s bathe, bathe, bathe … Certainly, it is better swimming in the sea, but both small river, and lake will be good too.
However, it is still better (for a breast) to be in a bathing suit in summer. Scientists of all countries repeat unanimously, that this year sun is very active, and breast skin (and, in particular, nipples) is so gentle.
