My relations with sports always had inconsistent character. I.e. I like sports and losing overweight. But I cannot undartake any effotrs.

I just can walk in a nearby park. I perceive my friends’ stories of exercising in a gym “in the evening after work” as personal insult.

However, sometimes I have attacks of unhealthy interest to my own appearance. No, I do not do gymnastics, growing dull from monotonous boring movements. Usually, I turn on loud music and dance. Fortunately, nobody sees, but hears.

However, I’ve found a way out, having learnt that there are special fitness clubs that unite idlers like us, take us to a beautiful hotel in Egypt, Turkey, Tunis or any other European country, where there is warm sea, and try to make Aphrodites of us.

Office is far, nobody distracts you, it is not necessary going anywhere, there’re shining sun, pool, the sea … Everything nearby. It is necessary to take care only of your own life, under instructor’s sensitive guidance.

People of different age and with different sports preparation go in such fitness tours. Basically those, who do not have time for going in for sport regularly.

It is necessary to tell, men also go to work over themselves, but it is absolutely insignificant quantity. Average age of participants - 30 years. (This figure means, actually, from 14 - till 55 years.) Cost of each tour can be approximately counted up: add cost of exercising with instructor  in your city to the minimum cost of the permit in a country. Group exercising is cheaper, exercising with individual instructor is 3 times more expensive.

I’ve asked local instructors from the nearest fitness club abiut such tours’ advantage. All of them have cried at once that fitness-tour is the most useful rest. First of all, exercising passes in the open air and, as a rule, at the sea. When we do various exercises under open sky, inhaling pure oxygen, process of fat burning increases twice. This means, overweight is burnt down faster. And, of course, water that gives relief to a figure.

It is possible to do exercises in a pool, under instructor’s guidance. Intensive swimming in the sea also influences all muscles favorably, and sea water feeds skin with useful microcells and strengthens organism. Moderate solar baths give us vitamin D and pleasant golden shade to your skin.

Certainly, old fitness fans can get up in the morning at 6 a.m., when everything just starts waking up, and merge with the nature through mind and body, can take the advantage of intensive program - aerobic, dancing, step, weight-lifting, universal “block” training - strong feet, strong stomach, strong back etc. And those, who are not used to develop their body energetically, can try fitness yoga or     Pilates.

These programs are directed on mind and body confluence, restoration of internal harmony. What is also important, it is possible to lose 2-3 kg for a week, and 5 kg for two, if you observe all instructions.

However, even if you do not grow thin at all, a good charge of energy is provided to you.

Choice of a country

First of all, define your financial possibilities. The further a country is, the more expensive tour is. You conclude two contracts: one with a travel agency, another with fitness club. You pay for a flight, transfer, food and residing to tour agency, you pay sports complex for fitness. Usually fitness clubs incur all efforts with official paper registration, as an instructor is interested to have a group of 10 persons, in this case he goes free of charge.

Remember, power exercises slightly differ from each other, and dancing is different in each country. In Egypt, Turkey, Tunis you develop hips, stomach, thorax more intensively. In India - feet and hands, facial expression is also included, by the way. In South East Asia smooth movements (flowing one in another) remind east fighting arts in the slowed down rate. In Spain they offer flamenco elements, accurate percussion of rhythms by feet, sharp turns of head and body and graceful work of hands. On African continent they give great value to hips movement. As for me, I have chosen not far, not expensive, warm country - Egypt. Without going into details, I’ll tell that week torture by aerobics, crunch, stretching, Pilates, Kibo plus aerobics in Funky style, uniting jazz and hip-hop, not to mention other dances and weight-lifting exercises, have not passed for nothing.

At the airport the frontier guard compared me to a photo in the passport for a long. Then he returned the document to me, smiled and said: “They do not know how to photograph you. You look as if you are your photograph’s daughter”.
