Sticking to some diet, we restrict ourselves in all sweets. It turns out, we should not. There are health-giving sweets we can really eat.
They include:
Honey
One tea spoon contains 35 kcal – same as sugar tea-spoon does. However, honey contains necessary vitamins, minerals and amino acids. 100 g honey contains magnesium, manganese and iron daily rate. In winter it helps struggling flu.
Fruit jelly
Fruit jelly contains natural component pectin that adds jelly-like shape. It lowers level of cholesterol, leads out toxins and normalizes alimentary canal work.
Marsh-mallow
Marsh-mallow contains 300 kcal for 100 g. This is less, than pastry does. Besides, it contains much iron and phosphorus, and also proteins that serve as building material for muscular tissue.
Dried fruits
During drying process water and vitamins C and A are lead out from fruits. However, they still contain calcium, natrium, magnesium, iron. After water is removed, concentration of microelements is increased.
Popcorn
Popcorn contains much cellulose that swells in stomach, causing feeling of satiety. However, it is better cooking popcorn at home, to control salt content (3 g for 100 g popcorn) and oil (1 table spoon for same 100 g). If you did not know how to relieve your diet, now you can go to a shop bravely, but remember about sense of proportion. Huge quantity of even health-giving sweets can affect your figure significantly.
