It is interesting that a wonderful hoop was invented by American Arthur Melin, a founder of company WHAM-O specialising on so-called UFOs, however, soon lost popularity. And then hula-hoop appeared. Being instantly claimed, it got unprecedented success: for the first year  more than hundred millions hoops were sold all over the world (!).

Advantages of hoop exercising

Well, what does hoop give to us, as a subject for playing sports? To your attention we offer a list of advantages of hoop exercising:

1. Pleasant pastime. Hula-hoop makes struggle against superfluous kgs exclusively pleasant.
