Fry sweet pepper, onions and mushrooms on vegetable oil. Salt, pepper chicken forcemeat, add flour. Mix everything and lay out on a napkin or parchment. Distribute stuffing of onions, pepper and mushrooms on top in regular intervals . Cut pickles in thin slices, lay out on stuffing. Curtail a roll, roll in flour, then in egg. Fry to a ruddy crust. Lay out in a baking form and put in an oven (180 degrees) for 25-30 minutes.

Fruit kus-kus
Orange juice – 2 glasses, margarine – 2 table spoons, grated orange peel – 1 tea spoon, salt – 1 tea spoon, fast preparation kus-kus – 280 g, an orange – 1 piece, grapes – 1 glass, a firm tofu – 170 g, raisin – 1 glass.

Mix orange juice, margarine, orange peel and salt in a big pan and lead up mixture to boiling on strong fire. Add kus-kus. Cover, remove from fire and leave for 5 minutes. Clear an orange and divide into segments. Cut grapes on halves, and tofu – cubes. Shake up kus-kus and add orange segments, grapes, tofu and raisin.
