There are two principal causes of accumulation of toxins in an organism:

- Internal reasons – our organism itself makes many waste (first of all at processes of digestion) to continue to function.

1. Express train-course (1-2 days) – is usually spent after big fiests (wedding, New year and so forth). In the first day you drink only water, teas and broths, on the second - 2-3 unsweet yoghurts or 2 glasses of kefir, 1 fresh fruit, are a lot of liquid, vegetables from broth.
Drink 1,5 litres of water per day.

2. Week course – includes a thrice healthy nutrition and exercises on breath, daily playing sports (30 minutes), each second day - massage and walks on fresh air.

3. Long course (till 5 weeks) – is especially useful at disaccustoming from tobacco. Exclude meat, bird, wheat, rice, dairy products from a diet completely, as they provoke acid secretion while digestion. Before you start a long course of body purification, it is necessary to consult with a dietician.
