- Dishes, containing eggs, poultry, meat and fish should undergo a careful thermal processing and cooked completely;
- Wash hands before and after you deal with raw meat and poultry;
- Check food shelf life.

Some consider it is in the list of potentially dangerous sorts of fish due to its methylmercury content, others refute this fact.
Secondly, avoid sushi. On no account eat sushi and other raw fish. This hides several dangers: diseases called listeriosis and hepatitis A.
Thirdly, avoid smoked sea foods, also because of listeriosis.
Safe sea food – small ocean fish.

If organism assimilates them, nitrites and nitrates can turn into carcinogenic nitrosamines. However, nitrosamine formation is neutralized by vitamin C, so, if a food also contains ascorbates, then nitrosamine formation is neutralized. But still it is better for you to avoid such dainties.
