Wish to increase physical loading too quickly
The word “moderation” is a key word for all beginners. This word guarantees achievement of positive result. However, many beginners decide they can correct their figure for a short period of time and lose weight at the same time. As a result, unprepared people charge themselves with too big physical load and gain little sense, or the effect disappears too quickly. Besides, excessive loads affect health badly.
You should start with moderate loads and increase them little by little as your organism prepares for them.
Physical exercise warming-up and end disdain
Many of us try to find time for sport in our intensive schedule this way. As a result, when we find this time, we do not wish to lose a minute. Here we mean warming-up. However, warming-up is very important for the whole process, it helps warming body up, as a result, our muscles and joints become more elastic and less subject to sprain and fractures. Warming-up should last 10-15 minutes. Light run together with simple exercises will be a good warming-up. After warming-up you can start stretching and weight exercises bravely. In the end of training you should always carry out closing program that would help you cooling off, recovering usual hearth rhythm and calm down. Closing exercises should be calm and slow, they usually last 5-7 minutes.
Insufficient liquid consumption (water)
Many suppose they should drink only if they suffer from thirst during training. This is absolutely wrong, you know, if you are already thirsty, this means you deal with dehydration of your organism. As it is known, a man should drink at least 1,5-2 liters of water per day. 2 hours before training it is recommended drinking 100-200 g water and other 100 g water half an hour before the beginning of training. Besides, during training you should do a gulp of water every 10-15 minutes to avoid dehydration.
Reduction of food consumption
Many start exercising due to one reason – they wish to lose weight. Besides increase of physical load, many people also start eating less, what finally leads to weakness and lack of any wish doing something. All this happens due to the fact that when our physical activity increases, we start losing more calories, and reduction of food consumption deprives us of any energy. Remember, food gives us energy and mood, together with it we receive necessary vitamins and microelements. The most important thing is spending more calories, than we get during a day. But with all that going on, we still should eat well (in other words, you should not feel hunger during a day).
