7. Finish brushing with a gums’ massage - do circular motions, reaching teeth and gums, keep your mouth closed.
8. Brush tongue. Use tongue scraper. Start tongue brushing from back part and move towards front surface little by little.
9. Wash brush and put it in a glass with bristle up.
Do not also forget about changing your tooth brush regularly.
While exploitation, tooth brush wears: bristles lose shape, become soiled with microorganisms, shorten and, as a result, start gums traumatizing.
A tooth brush’s age depends on many factors: how often one brushes his teeth, how long, intensity of push, tooth paste’s abrasive power. You need to brush teeth with a tooth brush twice a day, during 3 minutes, push power is 50-70 g.
Change tooth brush three times a month.
