Why am I seeing «belly»
Recent studies have shown that stress is the main culprit of fat in abdominal cavity.
Constant stress promotes production of hormone cortisol, which helps fat accumulating in the body. Abdomen cavity has a lot of receptors, it is increasingly supplied with blood, that is why fat deposits “settle” on belly and waist. There is only one way out - want to become a leaner, stop being nervous on trifles.
Special diet can help creating slender waist and flat stomach. Within a month, eat 6 times a day, small portions. Refuse from food after 7 PM.
You can eat
* seeds
* legumes: peas, beans, lentils
* Green vegetables (green pepper, cucumbers, lettuce, greens of parsley, dill, coriander)
* skimmed milk, cottage cheese, yoghurt
* porridges cooked on water without sugar
* No more than three boiled eggs a week.
* Fresh juice (pineapple fresh is especially good)
* Boiled chicken meat, fish and seafood.
* Peanut butter! (You can fill salads and stew vegetable with it)

* Quick cooking porridges with fruit additives

* alcohol (including dry wines)
Sports against belly
You cannot do without physical activity. Develop your own set of exercises for press and do it 3-4 times a week. Fitness, jogging and cycling will also help burning fat accumulated in stomach. Combine exercise with contrast shower and whirlpool baths. After sports and aquatic processes, rub special creams into belly skin using active massaging movements strictly clockwise.
Cosmetics
«Flat stomach» creams help enhancing the effect of sports and diet. They actively split fat deposits caused by hormonal imbalance. Composition of these creams includes seaweed, active trace elements, plant extracts and oils.
Use creams during a month two times a day: in the morning after contrasting shower and before bedtime.
